Fall Harvest Festival Vendor Space Application

This year's Fall Harvest Festival will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019. There is no rain date.

Space for retail partners, non-profits and local business vendors are very limited. Applications will be reviewed as they are received. This application does not guarantee the applicant a vendor contract to participate at the Fall Harvest Festival. Applicants will be notified of approval by email from Kinder Farm Park Ranger Daniel Jansen. Approved applicants will then receive a letter of invitation and concessionaire’s agreement by May 1 or within fourteen days of application approval.

Deadlines

  • Vendor applications are welcome until July 31!
  • All concessionaire agreements must be filed by September 1.

Vendor Fees and Requirements

CONCESSION FEE

Concessionaire will make payment of 15 % of gross sales to Friends of Kinder Farm Park. Payment is due immediately following the event or not later than two weeks after the event.

UTILITY REQUEST

A service fee of $50.00 will be assessed if Kinder Farm Park provides electricity for a vendor. The fee covers set-up and removal of extension cords & T-posts. The Park does not have the capability to supply electricity to all vendors. Requests will be approved in the order they are received. Vendor will be notified if we cannot meet your request.

HEATH DEPARTMENT

Food Vendors, it is your responsibility to apply for a temporary event one day health permit from Anne Arundel County. The Health Department charges a late processing fee for last minute permit requests.

INSURANCE

Concessionaire shall carry proper accident and liability insurance fully protecting and indemnifying the Friends of Kinder Farm Park and Anne Arundel County against any and every possible claim for accidents or other liabilities to any persons or property in connection with the installation, maintenance, set-up or operation of the concession. The liability insurance shall be maintained in an amount of not less than $1,000,000.00 per individual and $2,000,000.00 per accident. Also, the concessionaire shall carry appropriate Workmen’s Compensation Insurance coverage.
